These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FeezRun mobile application (the "App"), operated by Greencode ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FeezRun. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@feezrun.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. The Feez rewards program
- Feez are a virtual, non-transferable unit awarded by FeezRun based on training activity synced from Strava.
- Feez have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency. They may be redeemed only for offers made available inside the App by participating partners, at our discretion.
- We calculate Feez using activity data such as distance, elevation gain, and effort indicators (power or heart rate, where available). The exact calculation may change over time as we improve fairness and accuracy.
- We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reclaim Feez awarded in error, or as a result of activity data that appears fraudulent or manipulated (for example, GPS spoofing or implausible speeds).
- We may modify, pause, or discontinue the Feez program, or any specific reward offer, at any time.
4. Connected third-party accounts
FeezRun allows you to connect your Strava account, and optionally sign in using Google or Facebook. Your use of those services remains subject to their own respective terms of service. You may disconnect Strava from FeezRun at any time from within the App.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit falsified, manipulated, or fraudulently obtained activity data in order to earn Feez.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, including through automated means.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including forfeiting any accumulated Feez.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific reward will remain available.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greencode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of Feez or unavailability of a reward offer.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
